Bristol Basil Co., is a new community-focused initiative from LettUs Grow. Born from our R&D greenhouses at Heath Farm, we’re reimagining how fresh herbs reach local restaurants, delivering quality basil with minimal food miles and maximum flavour.
This new venture is simple: instead of letting trial crops from our aeroponic systems go to waste, we’re now growing high-quality basil for hand-picked local partners, using the same cutting-edge technology we develop for commercial-scale horticulture.
It’s a hyperlocal, high-impact model that champions taste, sustainability and transparency and all rooted firmly in Bristol.
